Real estate development company needed to identify motivated land sellers across a specific region. We developed a system that pulled 8,000+ parcels from public GIS data and scored each one across 15+ motivation signals: out-of-state heirs, estate transfers, long-held vacant land, clustered family-owned parcels, and more. The output: a prioritized call list that would be updated automatically each week with new opportunities.
